Shipping within Canada
We currently ship within Canada. Our shipping rates are simple:
- Solo & Duo orders: $8 flat-rate shipping
- Trio bundle (orders over $55): FREE shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. While we work hard to meet these estimates, occasional carrier or weather delays are outside our control.
International shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. We're working on bringing LeanHygiene to international customers soon.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@leanhygiene.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
