RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at LeanHygiene. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aluminum-free natural deodorants.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at leanhygienestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used deodorant products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of product defects.

Canadian Consumer Rights

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Receive products that match their description
  • Return defective products for repair, replacement, or refund
  • Cancel online purchases within the cooling-off period as per your provincial regulations

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Competition Act or provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario), Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia), or equivalent legislation in your province.
